HYDERABAD: Kashif Kaimkhani, a prominent and active worker of the Pakistan Peoples Party-Shaheed Bhutto (PPP-SB) widely known as Kashif Baghi, was found dead in a flat located in the Qasimabad area on Friday.
​According to police sources, the deceased sustained a fatal gunshot wound to the head. Following the discovery, the body was immediately shifted to a hospital for post-mortem legal formalities.
​While the exact circumstances leading to the death remain unclear, investigators have initiated a probe to determine whether the incident was a targeted attack or a case of suicide. No further details have been released by the authorities as the forensic examination is pending. The death of the senior political activist has caused significant concern among party circles and local residents.
